Corporate Social Responsibility
We recognise the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and are on a journey towards positive impact. This involves strategic partnerships, community engagement, and environmental stewardship – all aimed at driving meaningful change. From supporting local and national charities to promoting diversity and inclusion within our workforce, and implementing eco-friendly practices – we continuously seek opportunities to integrate CSR into our business practices. Our aim is to actively contribute to the well-being of society and the planet by focusing on the following areas:
- Tackling economic inequality
- We’re participating in panel discussions with university students. Our focus will be on giving advice, guidance and opportunities to students from areas of lower social mobility.
- We’re working with The Forward Trust on initiatives that support NEET and/or Long Term Unemployed and ex-offenders.
- We organise regular clothing drives with charities Smart Works and Suited & Booted – supporting people to get back into the workplace.
- We are a Living Wage Employer, accredited by the Living Wage Foundation.
- Fighting climate change
- We have a cycle to work scheme and Electric car scheme.
- We promote monthly environmental tips via our internal app.
- We encourage our team to support environmental causes as staff volunteer days.
- We’ve swapped our electricity supplier at both offices to 100% renewable green energy and have recycling points for paper, plastic and batteries.
- Driving Equal Opportunity
- We partner with Next Tech Girls to provide role models, panel discussions, and work experience opportunities for under represented groups.
- We participate in talks with schools in our local community to promote careers in tech to the younger generation.
- We support the local Army Cadets and are working on upgrading our Armed Forces Covenant silver award to gold.
- We are corporate members of Neurodiversity in Business – helping to enhance the work experiences of neurodivergent individuals.
- We are Disability Confident Committed – ensuring our workplace is inclusive and supportive for everyone.
- Our recruitment strategy includes using RightJob and DiverseJobMatters – to foster inclusivity and ensure our opportunities are accessible to all.
- We are establishing a Health ERG (Employee Resource Group) with a specialised focus on supporting women in the workplace. Our goal is to provide an informal platform to address obstacles that may impede career progression and to foster an environment conducive to women’s professional growth.
