Marc Churchouse

Marc co-founded Mercator in 2006 and has spearheaded its transformation from a recruitment company to an award-winning, global digital consultancy. He leads the organisation, setting its overall vision, mission, and strategic direction.

Martin Drewitt

Martin has been with Mercator Digital since its inception in 2006 and has over 25 years’ experience across the technology, financial, publishing and public sector landscapes. As COO, Martin oversees the development and deployment of digital solutions to optimise client services and internal operations.

Sarah Bennett

Sarah has worked in the tech industry for over 20 years and has been with Mercator since 2007. As CIO, Sarah heads up the company’s compliance, internal IT and administrative functions as well as setting Mercator Digital’s social value goals.

Dr Jon Rimmer

As Chief eXperience Officer, Jon heads up our User-Centred Design professionals. He has been working on research and design projects since the early 90s and is passionate about all kinds of user experiences, across all manner of contexts for many types of people. His experience spans many areas from tech, software and gaming to retail, media and the public sector.

Jason Kay

As Chief Strategy Officer, Jason is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision that drives Mercator’s growth. With over 25 years of experience in digital transformation and technology, Jason’s expertise spans public, private and third sector organisations. He has held various senior leadership and executive roles within central government, energy, healthcare and fintech.

Alastair Williamson-Pound

In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Alastair oversees all our Technical Consultants. Transitioning from a successful career as a Product Manager, he brings a robust technical background, with expertise in bridging technology and business. Alastair excels in leading cross-functional teams, steering product vision, and implementing scalable technology solutions.

Nick Stapley

Nick is Mercator Digital’s North American Director, overseeing growth and operations in the region. With a 14-year background in managing sales, recruitment, and technology teams across the UK, Asia, and North America - Nick's focus is on expanding our global footprint and establishing a strong presence in the United States.

Jack Llewelyn

Jack has been with Mercator for seven years and has a wealth of experience working with both public and private sector clients. As Service Delivery Director, he oversees the end-to-end delivery of services to clients; focusing on managing client relationships, operational excellence, and the continuous improvement of our service delivery processes - to meet and exceed client expectations.

Richard Goodacre

Richard (Dickie) is Mercator Digital’s Operations Director. With over 20 years working within investment banking in a variety of roles, ranging from trading to operations management, he brings a wealth of experience to the team. Dickie supports our business at all levels, helping to maximise our processes and procedures, while meeting customer expectations.

Mthoko Moyo

Mthoko has over 12 years’ experience in leading and overseeing successful projects across various sectors such as: government, charity, financial services and energy. As Mercator’s Head of Delivery Management, M’thoko ensures the most effective methodologies are used to meet and exceed our clients’ needs.

Connor Hand

With a decade at Mercator, Connor leads our engagement team across our entire client base. His team collaborates with both clients, associates and our internal teams. Together, they ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.

Andy Probert

Andy heads up our Academy Programme, supporting departments throughout central government and UK public sector bodies with training and up-skilling. Having spent 13 years in the Royal Marines as a Telecommunications Specialist and a Specialist Training Instructor, Andy then spent a further 14 years in the commercial sector, delivering customer experience within the field of recruitment and workforce placement.

Zoe Billingham

Zoe has more than 15 years of marketing experience - working with clients within the tech sector such as: Cisco, Vodafone, and Fujitsu. Now heading up our Brand and Marketing division, she’s responsible for shaping and articulating the Mercator Digital brand.
