Mercator Digital is now listed on both TS4 (Technology Services 4) and DOS 7 (Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7) — two of the Government Commercial Agency’s flagship frameworks (Note on April 1st 2026, the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) merged with Cabinet Office commercial teams to form the new Government Commercial Agency (GCA)).
This means that any Public Sector body can engage us directly through routes your organisation already trusts.
Technology Services 4 (TS4) — RM6190
TS4 is the UK government’s flagship framework for accessing pre-vetted technology and digital services. It’s designed to reduce administrative effort and accelerate the journey from identifying a need to getting work underway. Mercator Digital is listed on two lots:
Lot 1 — Technology and Digital Consultancy Services
If your organisation needs strategic guidance — whether that’s shaping a technology roadmap, designing services around user needs, or navigating a complex digital transition — this lot gives you a direct, compliant route to Mercator’s consultancy expertise.
Lot 5 / 5a — Application and Data Management
For hands-on delivery — application development, data management, database services, or ongoing application support — this lot covers the practical work of building and sustaining digital products.
TS4 runs for 30 months from December 2025, with an option to extend for a further 6 months — giving you a stable, long-term route to Mercator’s services.
Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS 7) — RM1043.9
DOS 7 is the UK government’s dynamic framework for sourcing agile digital, data, and technology services — built around GDS standards and designed for organisations that need to move at pace. We’re listed on three lots:
Lot 1 — Digital Outcomes
Need a specific outcome to be delivered? Lot 1 is designed for projects where you can define the end result but want a partner to take responsibility for getting you there, using agile methods and in line with government digital standards.
Lot 2 — Digital Capability and Delivery Partners
For longer-term digital transformation programmes, Lot 2 gives you access to a strategic partner who can build internal capability alongside delivery —growing capability alongside transformation.
Lot 3 — Digital Specialists
Sometimes you need specific expertise plugged into an existing team such as a skilled developer, a business analyst, a service designer or a user researcher. Lot 3 gives you direct access to Mercator’s specialists to support your projects and programmes.
DOS 7 launched in January 2026 and runs for 18 months, with an option to extend for a further 18 months.
